I specialise in teaching yoga one to one in the tradition of T.Krishnamacharya (previously known as ‘viniyoga‘) and have had the good fortune to study with both his son, TKV Desikachar and his grandson, Kausthub Desikachar. This has been the biggest influence on my teaching. Studying yoga one to one can be a great way to deepen your yoga practice and can be tailored to your needs so is ideal if you have specific health issues, be they physical or mental. It is also perfect if you simply don‘t like the idea of group classes. I enjoy helping students to devise a personal practice, so if you want to be able to do yoga at home with regular expert guidance or just a visit from time to time please do get in touch.
