I teach various styles, dependent on the clients needs, including Sivananda, Hatha, Pregnancy, post natal, vinyasa flow, yoga therapy (remedial yoga for postural pain or injurys). I also focus on breath work, many meditation styles and relaxation techniques, again depending on what the clients body/mind is in need of.
