Jo has been teaching Iyengar style classes for 9 years in Hertfordshire, London and Asia. With meditation on the menu also you leave Jo‘s class feeling strong mentally, emotionally and of course physically. All age groups are catered for, starting at age 3 up to 93 with classes and private sessions available. Jo is currently teaching in North London and East Hertfordshire.
