Frame is a dance, fitness, yoga and Pilates studio in East London.Our approach to yoga is quite relaxed and concentrates more on the physical side of yoga. Most of our classes are quite dynamic and range from Power yoga to Ishta yoga to Rise & Shine to Dynamic Vinyasa flow. Classes are drop-in and cost £12 or £10 with a Framecard.
