I am an experienced British Wheel of Yoga accredited instructor based in West London. I teach private and open classes mainly around Kensington, Notting Hill and Fulham, corporate clients, schools, Yoga holidays and retreats. I have an adaptable flowing style that I tailor to the needs of the individual or level of the class. I teach spontaneously and enjoy experimenting with sequencing and variations of asana, helping students to develop their use of the breath and to discover the importance of relaxation for their bodies and minds. I love people and seeing the enjoyment that having yoga in their lives brings.
