I have been practising yoga for over 30 years and teaching it since the early 1990s and hold a BWY teaching Diploma and am listed on the Register of Exercise Professionals. I teach Hatha Yoga, the aim of which is to direct and concentrate one‘s attention. Central to this is posture work and the flow of breath. Regular sessions aid flexibility, energy, relaxation and concentration. I teach mixed ability classes in Hatch End on Monday aftenoons, Tuesday mornings and Thursay evenings.
