A native of San Diego, California, Brooke Marais is a Yoga Instructor trained by Simon Low and his renowned team of the multi-disciplinary teacher-training programme, ‘The Yoga Academy‘ in the UK, accredited by both the British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance (US/International). Integrating her keen interest in human anatomy and extensive experience as a competitive athlete and performing dancer, Brooke‘s classes are a fun, safe and unique fusion of various ‘schools‘ of Hatha Yoga. All group or private classes include modifications/ advancements, pranayama (breathwork) and relaxation, as appropriate for each student‘s needs.
