Adrienne came to yoga following a major back injury in 2000, and was amazed at how dramatically a regular practice transformed her recovery. This led to her deepening her knowledge of yoga through the tuition of Simon Low (co-founder of London‘s Triyoga), Sarah Powers, Seane Corne, Matthew Sweeney and Yoga Journal‘s Julie Gudmestad - before training as a yoga teacher with the prestigious Yoga Academy. Heavily influenced by Hatha, Iyengar, Jivamukti and Yin Yoga, Adrienne‘s classes are a fusion of dynamic, flowing yoga sequences and restorative postures. Set in an open, non-competitive environment, Adrienne seeks to create a supportive, healing and energising atmosphere for students – one that encourages a deepening and expanding awareness of the spirit and mind, while developing wisdom, strength and grace in the body.
